Still in touch,a weekly column by Rayah Kitule

Today iam going to talk about the women of inspiration, who had spelled to the world that,"hey is ok" they are many, but to me these are who have made a great impact on me.

Oprah Winfrey, she showed the whole world that your upringing, your background has little to do with your future, all you should have is determination and hardworking, yes she did it, and now she is the richest African American in the world,a media tycoon and many other things.

Then there is Chantal Biya, the west African sensation, she overcame all steriotypes,to become who she is right now, running an Ngo to support the underpriviliged, and to become the president's right hand woman,
she is beautiful and fabulous, reminding us all, never to loose our feminine sides, and the power it can bring.
And there is Queen Latifa, who showed as all that is ok to be fat,big and beautiful,
and the most important thing is you are healthy and you choose the clothes that flatter you.

Then there is Michelle Obama, the American first Lady who brought class and style to the white house, she is unique, not your cliche first lady who wears boring boxy suits.
She is fun, classy, warm, beautiful both inside and outside.

There is Jennifer Lopez, who manages to be street, classy, fabulous and real at the same time, who shows us that we need to create a balance in all that we do.

Not forgetting My dear mother,Zariha Kitule, the unsung heroine, who came from a background which not all hindered her to become successfull but it critised her,for me and those who know her,she is gracefull, hard working, warm, and a pilar of strength.
she truly believes that you can be succesfull on your own without a man by your side,
and showed us all how is done.
i salute you all!!
